[SuSE Linux] NE2000 problem with 5.3

hello all,

i have an ne2000 card set up with I/O 300, IRQ 10, not pnp.  it worked
great under RH5.1 with kernel 2.0.34 but i can't get it recognized with
SUSE 5.3.  are there any no problems here?  what should i check?
