This is how /dev/sg4 has to look like:
> ls -l /dev/sg4
crw-r----- 1 root disk 21, 4 Jan 20 05:28 /dev/sg4
To create it, use the following command line:
> mknod -m 0640 /dev/sg4 c 21 4
