One of my users get this error during installation of SuSE Linux 6.0: "An error occured during installation". With Alt-F2 it displays "BUG IN DYNAMIC LINKER ld.so: synamic-link.h: 53: elf_get_dynamic_info: Assertion `! "bad dynamic tag"' failed! The machine is a 20MB RAM 486 66 MHz DX/2 with at big harddisk. There's a VLB bus with a standard ATAPI CDROM drive. The user makes the installation disk eide01 (or eide03) and boots the demo CDROM'en. But also with the 5 CD set with the diskette. The CDROM starts, but when YaST comes along, everything stops. - To get out of this list, please send email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with this text in its body: unsubscribe suse-linux-e Check out the SuSE-FAQ at http://www.suse.com/Support/Doku/FAQ/ and the archive at http://www.suse.com/Mailinglists/suse-linux-e/index.html
