There is a vxd that allows you to mount ext2 partitions as read-only in winblows.  The one I have was distributed in a file with the name 016.zip.

I have no idea where I got it from.

I'll mail it to you if you so desire (it's pretty small).

I need to access files in my linux partition which means I have to reboot into linux.
