I don't know much about Red Hat, but I assume, they also have an update of
the SVGA X-Server on their ftp-Server. Just upgrade the respectve RPM,
that should be it.

Red Hat is Linux, not vice versa. :)
You need the glibc-binaries for Linux, if you use the XFree86 original
archives.
