I too got the same error when I installed Netscape 4.51. So, I fired up
Yast, delete the Netscape package all together with Remove Packages, (back
up my mail of first of course), and then reinstall the new Netscape,
worked like a charm, saved room as well because Netscape 4.51 renamed all
the old Netscape files with .old extension. Hope this helps you too.
