Old news, Mano.
Trolltech has coordinated their license for the Free Qt toolkit to the
GPL. Check the site and read it for your self.

KDE is a great front end. And Qt is a great toolkit that can be used
without worry to make and distribute GPL software, IF you have to a
desire to compete commercially against Trolltech with their own tools,
which would be unethical anyway, I think they would come after you with
their lawyers.
