During the bootup of linux i get the ff nessage and the system hangs after
that
VFS: Mounted root (ext2 filesystem) readonly
Unable to open initial console
Note that the first line is just to show the point the error occurs.
I'm running a Cyrix 233 Media GX machine. I do have an ethernet card on the
machine but i've not configured Linux for it in any way - I'm using LoopBack
for now and my graphics card is not supported by XFree86 but noe of these
'future problem sources' can be the culprit of this problem.
Can anybody help me please? Thanks
