I am dumb. And lazy.

When starting up Linux everything gets started, apache, mysql, and php.
Sometimes I do some changes to the httpd.conf file and want to restart
the server. How? If I kill all sessions and start the httpd I get an
error message DB_PATH must be set or something.

I tried to kill the httpd processes one by one and hoping that the new
processes would read the new httpd file, but I'm not sure they did.
