The fact that there isn't a separate driver for the Matrox cards doesn't
mean there isn't accelerated drivers for them. They're just integrated
in the SVGA driver (i.e. it contains specific Matrox code). Furthermore
I believe Matrox recently released full specs for their cards (more or
less, as it's only available to "registered developers", can anyone tell
more?). I think the Matrox cards will soon be the best supported cards
in the 3D area, as they're always been in the 2D area.
