No .. thankfully it installed without a hiccup.  Only the registration seems
to fail.
I have a lot of memory though and that might save me.

Very strange.  I guess I will go about deleting the damn install and trying
again as someone else suggested.  Does anyone have a clue as to what files I
need to delete?
