Hi,
I went and got the latest StarOffice501,
called the "filter update".
It loads windows docs good.
I tried to use it's online functions,
like email, newsgroups, and email.
The internet stuff did'nt work.
Has anyone gone online with StarOffice?
If so, what options did you have to set?
I did make an "outbox" for email, but it
locked up when trying to send a test message.
I set the mail opotions right.
Do you use "manual or automatic" DNS settings?
It's just for kicks, no real problem.
