Mine did that also. The first time it rejected it, then I shut it
down and tried it a second time, and it took me online to
get the registration key. Maybe if you are online at the install
time it helps. It seems you first put in your "media key" that comes
with
suse. Then it takes you online to get a customer number and
registration key.
The newer version StarOffice501, which you need to download, has
a simpler registration.
