Last nite I dld leafnode as a local news server, configured compiled
nicely.I followed the install and readme to the letter everything seemed
fine...
Now when I fetchmail from my user account I get an error
"SMTP connect to Serina.dizzy73 failed: Connection refused"
"Fetchmail: SMTP transaction error while fetching from connix.com"
It will show messages on the server but refuse to fetch them
Ive went thru rc.config /etc/hosts /etc/resolv.conf and
everything looks fine I dont understand it!
I establish a internet connection ping and can http to anywhere. I can
also sendmail out no problem.
My mail address looks like dizzy73@[EMAIL PROTECTED]
I've looked at all the files and cant seem to find where the error
is...?
Any ideas?
Also, leafnodes fetch is "unable to open lockfile: No such file or d$"
and it ends with a "connection refused"
Any help to get me going with this would be appreciated
