That fatal error is where your problem is, the isapnp file
seems to look OK. I've never seen that error.
Maybe if you downloaded thru windows, you got some
dos ^M's placed at the ends of your lines and isapnp
can't deal with it.

Look at the file with the "joe" editor, and see if there
are a bunch of ^M's at the end of each line. If so, run the
file thru dos2unix to strip them out.

My only guess.
