Then you should be OK - Opera was developed in Europe and therefore doesn't
have to obey stupid laws. There's no "40-bit" version of Opera, it has had
128-bit encryption from the start. 

IMHO Opera is to Netscape as Linux is to Windows.
(I'm talking about speed, efficiency and stability, not open source/free
software).
