This I don't understand.
As I read it, Qmail is free. There is only one condition:
* you have to install it in the qmail-directories.
Why is this such a hard thing?
The FHS (Filesystem Hierachy Standard) is a usefull thing, a tool if you
like. The FHS isn't a religious believe, or it shouldn't be... [grin]
I consider myself quite a competent home-brew sysadm and user.
Only once did I take a look at the configuration files of Sendmail. (I
still have nightmares [grin]).
A program which has configuration files which (almost) no-one understands,
is a Bad Thing IMHO.
With Qmail I could hide my hostname (not: [EMAIL PROTECTED], but:
[EMAIL PROTECTED]) quite easily. This is why I like Qmail.
