Netscape has a built-in pop3 client and Pine does not. I use fetchmail
as my pop3 client. Once you get your .fetchmailrc configured properly,
you should be able to enter 'fetchmail -a' at the command line and
watch your mail come down. To verify that your mail is down, type in
'less /var/spool/mail/tina' (or whatever the name of your mailbox
is), and directly read your mail without a mailreader.
At this point, all you need to do is configure Pine. If you can't
figure that out, we can take that up in a follow-up mail.
