[SuSE Linux] Order Problem

Sorry to bother, but I ordered SuSE 6.0 on 12 march and I didnt get anything yet, I live in Argentina, South America. I already mailed suse and didnt get any answer.

 

Please If anyone had the same problem, tell me what to do.
