Hi all:
I just installed SuSE 6 and I am having problems getting X to run. I
couldn't run SaX or XF86Setup at all, so I used XF86Config. I went
through the whole process without a hitch, but when I tried to start X
via startx I got:
/usr/X11R6/bin/Xwrapper: error in loading shared libraries
libgz.so.1: cannot open shared object file: no such file or directory
Shouldn't everthing I needed to get X running have been installed during
the initial installation? If not, where might I find out how to fix it?
TIA
Mark
