  For all of the latest on what is supported by XFree86 3.3.3, see 
http://www.xfree86.org.  For a comprehensive list of hardware supported by SuSE Linux,

  If you aren't afraid of some serious hacking, you might be able to set up a frame 
buffer device by your kernel.  Since SuSE 6.1 uses a 2.2.5 kernel, this is a valid 
option, whereas it is not in SuSE 6.0.
