Let's see: MS stats go up because MS says they do.

Linux stats are stagnant because the people who use Linux
are busy getting to work on a stable platform and forgot
to register. Or they're like me, registered once, even
though I have installed it on three friends computers,
and run it on six PC's at home. I guess I'm part of the
problem.
