Unter Linux aber wohl doch nicht unbedingt zu empfehlen. Ich zitiere
hier mal kurz aus einer PM von Tim Jones:
"As the original author of the Max support in the ftape drivers, I
recommend that you do not buy the Ditto Max Pro for use under Linux.
You can get an ATAPI TR-4 drive for the same price and it is a much
better supported streamer device. We have found Seagate and HP TR-4
drives for as low as US$179. These drives connect to the IDE channel on
your system, do not take up a precious ISA slot, require no special PnP
handling, and run 2 to 4 times faster than the Ditto Max."
