Okay... so it looks like openSSL vs. GPL indeed is a problem for SUSE
(...and the Apostles of the Holy Cow will really get at your throat if
you mix OpenSSL with GPL code.) and I believe SUSE wants the
encryption, too, so I'll try to get someone working on it. It may take
some time (SUSE is sometimes slow, but it should happen within 6
months), or maybe I'll find time to look at it (but very probably not
in the next month).
