Hello,
Thanks so much for the great resources on suspending to RAM. Here is the
info for my system:
Hardware:
sys_vendor = "Dell Computer Corporation"
sys_product = "Latitude CPx J800GT "
sys_version = ""
bios_version = "A16"
Software:
distro = "openSuse 10.2"
kernel = "2.6.18.2-34-default"
boot_cmdline = "root=/dev/system/test vga=791 resume=/dev/hda9
splash=silent"
s2ram options = "-f -p -s"
While other s2ram option combinations restored video only in console
mode, the above combo restores video when using the framebuffer, X, and
all the other goodies. Thanks again for the clear guide and great support!
