s2ram works fine on my laptop with -p parameter (s2ram -f -p).
This machine can be identified by:
sys_vendor = "Hewlett-Packard"
sys_product = "HP Compaq nx6310 (EY588ES#AKB)"
sys_version = "F.09"
bios_version = "68YDU Ver. F.09"
