A wrong database entry caused my laptop to freeze after returning from suspend to ram. The corresponding database entry is:
Machine matched entry 111: sys_vendor = 'Samsung Electronics' sys_product = 'SX20S' sys_version = '' bios_version = '' Fixes: 0x3 S3_BIOS S3_MODE This machine can be identified by: sys_vendor = "Samsung Electronics" sys_product = "SX20S" sys_version = "Revision PR" bios_version = "07ZE" I guess those "fixes" mentioned above have been written into the kernel before s2ram actually triggered the suspend. It's now working using "s2ram -f -a 0". Greets, Stefan ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Take Surveys. Earn Cash.
