Hi, i tried s2ram with my toshiba portege 2000 (suse 10.2) (sys_vendor=TOSHIBA, sys_produkt=Portable PC, sys_version=Version 1.0, bios_version=Version 1.70) and it does not work.
with option -f i get a "linu" text screen. i tried -a 1..3 but it does not work - always a black screen with white stripe getting full white while waiting. no keyboard available. then i started system with init=/bin/bash acpi_sleep=s3_mode and then suspended the device with echo mem > /sys/power/state - THIS WORKS! but nothing else. can anyone help me? what should i try next? sebastian ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Take Surveys.
