Hi, thanks for the reply. I have not tried it from text, but it works
perfectly from within KDE (so within X), suspend to ram works fine (and
again, thanks for fixing it at FOSDEM). I do not know which graphics chipset
is used but it's an Intel integrated (I belive in the 915 series) but as I
have said before there seems to be no problem... I hope I haven't forgoten
anything...

So, again, the option -f -p -m works great on the laptop bellow and if you
can add it for the next release (so that it will work out of the box) it
will be great (also for me and also for all other linux users with this
laptop). Thanks again and keep up the exellent work!

PS: Being a former user of Windows (which I regret), I can vouch that
suspend (both to Disk and to RAM) works better than anything that Microsoft
has to offer!

Ok, thanks for reporting. Can you give a little bit more information?
Are you using a framebuffer console or plain VGA? Does it work both
from X and from the text console? What graphics chipset does your machine
use?

"Any ideas, John?"
"Well, surrounding them's out."
