I'll try next time I do a reboot. This might take some time [1].

One little update from my last mail: from time to time the mouse pointer
 is missing after waking up from suspend to ram. The device does work
though (highlighting windows and such), just the pointer is missing. A
second suspend does fix the problem. I did not try to analyze this further.

[1] OT on this list obviously, but I'm trying to avoid reboots as much
as ever possible on this machine. The WPA supplement for the ipw2100
module does not work properly in SuSE 10.2, and it's a bit tricky to
connect to the network after booting.
