Here's the output of s2ram -i:
 
This machine can be identified by:
    
sys_vendor   = "IBM"
    
sys_product  = "2652P3U"
    
sys_version  = "Not Available"
    
bios_version = "1NET07WW (1.01a)"
 
It's an IBM A31 Thinkpad.
 
The best option that works for it is s2ram -f -r -a 1
