This older house was moved from East Hill Plaza area , gutted, insulated, and upgraded. There are 2 solar arrays totaling 28,000 watts. Owners Nancy Norton and Buzz Dolph have 2 electric cars and enjoy freedom from gas pump pricing. Also on the property are examples of heat exchangers, on-demand water heaters, and composting toilets.
