Flow through 108 Sun Salutation A's<http://fingerlakesyogaalliance.us5.list-manage1.com/track/click?u=49646e9d60b7d7b0a31c8e509&id=3ba6be22a5&e=331541a3a4>during this special benefit event. *10 yoga teachers and 2 musicians will guide us through the Sun Salutes. *All levels are welcome. * *Completing 108 Sun Salutations in a row is a challenging task. At some point around #20 the body will naturally feel tired. You are encouraged to rest as much as is needed. When you start moving again, often a sense of calmness is found and the movements feel meditative. Surrounded by others doing the same movement at the same time for similar reasons, the energy is wonderful, fun and inspiring. * A $5 donation is requested, though more is encouraged.
