Project Manager Sought for Home Energy Rating and Disclosure Project The Home
Energy Rating and Disclosure Project Team of municipal representatives is
conducting a search for a uniquely qualified and talented individual or
consulting firm to serve as Project Manager. The successful candidate will have
the opportunity to participate in a limited term program to increase energy
efficiency in the housing sector of Tompkins County. The program will develop a
Home Energy Rating and Disclosure Program, which may include as a key feature a
local ordinance mandating a home energy rating at point-of-listing. The
Project Manager's contract will run from July 14, 2014 through December 31,
2015.
The deadline for submission of qualifications is June 13, 2014. The Request
for Qualifications is attached, and may also be obtained from the following
website: www.town.ithaca.ny.us/herd.
