Both the Tompkins County SOLID WASTE DIVISION OFFICE and the County RECYCLING &
SOLID WASTE CENTER will be closed on Monday, December 26th in observance of the
Christmas holiday, and again on Monday, January 2nd, 2017 for the New Year's
holiday.
There will be no curbside recycling collection on either Monday, December 26th
or Monday, January 2nd.
Recycling collection will take place one day late for the remainder of each
holiday week. For example, if your scheduled pick-up day is Monday, your
recycling will be picked up on Tuesday; Tuesday's collection will take place
Wednesday; and so on.
