One of the pit falls of the digest, it's easy to get lost. I'm wondering if it would be worth it, to establish a sole proprietorship? Depending on the state/country of residence, it really don't take a whole lot to do so. Suppliers can be approached under the letter head of the proprietorship Vs. as an individual. Just a thought, perhaps the paperwork wouldn't be worth the hassle.-Doug ------------------------ Yahoo!
