will be away for a few days, don't expect postings. but mull over this : foggers are not water injection systems. fuel savings have to be carefully measured when you're down to a fogger's performance (6-10 % savings). foggers work up to 3000 rpm or so, after that vacuum is not strong enough; they're low end enhancers, not high end. finally, a fogger will work fine in a diesel if you pressure it; it won't work 'normally' for lack of pressure differential; diesels dont have throttle valves. last, foggers are not misters. misters spray a water/whatever mixture into the induction. a fogger just provides humid air, that's why a fogger can't bend a rod, or cause sputtering at start-up.
i find novak's article to be crystal clear. makes good reading too. cheers, dick. Biofuel at Journey to Forever: http://journeytoforever.org/biofuel.html To unsubscribe, send an email to: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Your use of Yahoo! Groups is subject to http://docs.yahoo.com/info/terms/
