My question is, if that 5% water is miscible with ethanol then why remove it. Back in WWII they used water and alcohol in old fighter aircraft. The mix kept the engine cooler (within a normal heat range)thereby creating more power. If a person had a fuel injected automobile wouldn't this have the same effect.
