Ian, I think you brought up some interesting points. Although I have made some small batches of Bio-d, I have often wondered what would I do with all of the glycerin and wash water when I began making larger batches. When you start making 100 gallons or more bio-d, it is no longer feasible to dump the excess out back. So careful consideration will have to be made about how to deal with the waste product.
