I second the motion-I've had 2-a 505 gasoline sedan, and a 505 gasoline turbo wagon. Both had ride quality second to none-it didn't matter if the car was loaded, or not. The best seats in the industry were in these cars, and the diesel in the 505, designed from a "clean sheet" is the most fuss-free, best cold-starting diesel I ever saw. These cars, given some care, will give as many ultimate miles, or more, as a Mercedes, at less cost. Too bad, they discontinued importing these to the US in 1991...........with no return forecast for the future. I would really like a 505 turbo diesel for my BD experiments, but there are almost none left here, and parts are no longer readily available.

Memories, memories, but then I am a Peugeot fanatic. As they say "Engineered to be Enjoyed". Cars designed by Engineers with drivers in mind. Not lumps of metal designed by bean counters for road users. Regards, Paul. [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] Yahoo!
