Enzymes are already used very wastly (cheese, washing powder, ... it 
figures thousands of tons per year). We have the same situation as 
with fossil oil here: the use of the stuff is getting bigger and 
bigger. Higher demand makes prices go higher instead of lower- I 
abbandoned the project. If I will be able to make isoprop esters the 
usual way, then lipase is also no issue anymore to me. More a 
curiosity.
