I don't know how much you'd be saving, since in most places, they aren't going to pay you nearly as much as they charge you, and you also have to have a relay system set up so that if the net goes down, you stop feeding power into it. Myself, I'd rather just concentrate on totally disconnecting. Screw 'em, they're just a bunch of bandits anyway, why bother jumping thru their hoops to get it approved.
