Come folks...the type of replys this question has
gotten are not helpful or productive. And tho one
might have been funny, 2 "grow plants" answers are
not.

I am not sure this will be helpful...but I beleive
that there are catalysts which may do this. It has
been a long time since chemistry class for me. If I
recall correctly you can use heat and a catalyst to
strip a single O atom off of a CO2 molecule but you
end up with mix of O2 and CO which then must be
separated. I havent a clue how that is done.

If you don't mind me asking what do you intend to do
with the O2? There may be simpler ways of
collecting/making it that would work.
