I heard something on the local National Public Radio station yesterday that someone was unveiling a hydrogen car at at an alternative fuels or solar cars show in Sacramento, and soap was mentioned - as a byproduct, or the material that they made hydrogen from or something. Sorry that I don't know more - I wasn't really able to listen and know almost nothing about fuel cell vehicles.
