Lowest price I have seen for a renewable power contract is 5.6 cents per
kwh - that was for constant power, not peak shaving. If you can get 7 cents
or more, you should be in good shape.

Bring your process over here to Wisconsin - utilities are required to
purchase a certain percentage of their power from renewables. Last summer
there was a major problem because wind power does not work well over here
(they are only getting 22 percent utilization). Start with Alliant Energy -
they had the biggest problem.
