And where do cars like any of VW's TDi's fall? Almost certainly they didn't even make the list just because they're diesels, even though they all get >50mpg. All because, like most other "Environmental" (note the capital "E") organizations they have an unfounded bias against diesels. If they want to be true to their name and push energy efficiency then they need to include some diesels in their figures, or they're just paying lip service to the word "efficiency".
