Great Idea Keith! Lets' start by defining what a small producer is so we don't get confused.
I would define a micro producer as one that produces less than 200 gallons per week, a small producer as 200 to 500/week, a medium producer as 500 to 5000 gallons/week, and a big producer as 5000 gal per week plus. This is just for argument sake. What do others think?
