Roughly, bank of ~95% yield upward, depending upon the method
used.

Ethanol in the production of ethyl esters (biodiesel) requires
much attention to keeping the alcohol anhydrous. Other than that,
the process is similar to when using methanoll. Yes, it is more
environmentally friendly in comparison to methanol. But it also
has that greater propensity to absorb water, which is one of the
last things you would want in the manfacture of biodiesel. It can
be done, and by all accounts done easily with the appropriate
equipment and precautions in place.

Keith has a pretty tight rein on ethanol data and resources. He
would best be able to direct you on a path down that road.
