That approach may well be worth considering in the future. My project is beyond the development stage, and only needs to be implemented. I have one more legal requirement to meet to comply with the legalities of the financing, and that is an independant Feasability Study. I already have a more extensive Feasability Study done, and paid for. It legally needs to be confirmed by an independant source, before the funds can be released. I knew this in advance, and lined up a source for the funds. The money is in the account, earmarked for the independant Feasability Study. The disbursement of the funds have now been blocked by an additional requirement, which I am unable to meet. An 'undisclosed party' has offered to get me past this hurdle in exchange for ownership of the process. I highly suspect that the same 'undisclosed party' is the one that arranged for the hurdle to be placed. It is costing them a lot of money to maintain the block, and I have NO intention to yield to it. Motie ------------------------ Yahoo!
