 That approach may well be worth considering in the future. My 
project is beyond the development stage, and only needs to be 
implemented. I have one more legal requirement to meet to comply with 
the legalities of the financing, and that is an independant 
Feasability Study. I already have a more extensive Feasability Study 
done, and paid for. It legally needs to be confirmed by an 
independant source, before the funds can be released. I knew this in 
advance, and lined up a source for the funds. The money is in the 
account, earmarked for the independant Feasability Study. The 
disbursement of the funds have now been blocked by an additional 
requirement, which I am unable to meet. An 'undisclosed party' has 
offered to get me past this hurdle in exchange for ownership of the 
process. I highly suspect that the same 'undisclosed party' is the 
one that arranged for the hurdle to be placed. It is costing them a 
lot of money to maintain the block, and I have NO intention to yield 
to it.
