I wouldn't bet on his plan being anything real. I'm not really sure how he claims that this works on fuel injected, carbeurated, diesel [probably DI and IDI]. I AM willing to bet that he keeps throwing this patent at real-world companies who just tell him "been there done that, too complicated, doesn't work worth a shit, etc." BTW you can get the 'plans' by clicking on a link at the bottom of the site, you don't need to fill in any personal info, just click "submit" at the bottom of the form.
